cooking wedges

This year was my first at tech and my first at Papakowhai School. I was excited because I had heard it was really fun from the year 7 and 8 students at Paremata School. My favourite class at tech was cooking. I have always enjoyed cooking and this has been a really awesome experience. We made lots of things like stuffed potatoes, cupcakes, wedges, meatballs, a salad and kebabs. It was really fun. Now I can cook wedges and spaghetti bolognese at home.
The recipe for wedges is
Ingredients
Potatoes, oil, (optional) seasoning, sour cream

1. Preheat your oven to 180°
2. Wash and cut up some potatoes, however many you want, then put them in an oven dish
3. Pour on just enough oil to cover the potatoes
4. Put in the oven and watch until you think one side is cooked. When you think it is turn them over
5. Wait until the other side is cooked and then take out and season if wished
6. Serve
