platters

Ingredients-
For a cold platter-
Celery sticks
Carrot stocks
Capsicum sticks
Pear slices
Apple slices
For a hot platter-
Chunky potatoes
Kumara chunks
Bacon rolls
Precooked sausages-slices.
Cut the potatoes and kumara into slices then put into the oven dish with 1-2 tablespoons of oil.
Roast at 200° for 10 minutes.
Add bacon and sausage slices and roast for another 10 minutes or until golden brown
Season if wished.

Serve with sour cream and onion dip
Combine-
1c sour cream
1 packet of onion soup
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Stir well and ready to serve. Enjoy

I have learnt that you have to be careful around the oven because in the end you might burn yourself so you should use oven mitts.
