Ingredients-
60 g butter (softened)
1/3 c sugar
1 egg
¾ c self raising flour
¼ c milk
Method-
1. Cream butter and sugar.
2. Add egg and mix well.
3. Add flour and milk and mix well.
4. Spoon mixture into paper cases.
5. Bake at 180° for 10-15 minutes.
6. Ice and decorate as required.

I have learnt to use an oven properly. What you do is to set the oven to the right temperature, in this case 180°. Then you set the timer to the amount of time you want to cook your food for.
